Rules & Guidelines

Rules for Using Sports Facilities

All students and staff must follow these rules to ensure fair use and a safe environment for everyone.

Equipment Return

All sports equipment borrowed must be returned to the coordinator immediately after use in the same condition.

Silent Hours Policy

No sports or recreational activities are allowed after 8:00 PM. All players must vacate the grounds before 8:00 PM.

Follow Official Game Rules

All games must be played according to their official rules. Unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.

No Damage to Property

Players are responsible for any damage caused to sports equipment, goalposts, nets, or the playing ground.

Booking Required

The sports ground must be booked in advance through the JNEC Facilities portal. Bookings take priority over walk-ins.

Maintain Cleanliness

Players must not litter on or around the sports ground. All waste must be disposed of in designated bins.

Appropriate Footwear

Proper sports footwear must be worn at all times on the playing ground. Playing barefoot is not allowed.

Respect Other Users

Players must respect other users. Verbal abuse, fighting, or any form of harassment will result in removal.

Supervise Younger Players

Younger students must be supervised by a senior student or staff member when using the sports facilities.

Report Issues

Any issues with equipment or facilities should be reported immediately to the Games Councilor.
