Rules & Guidelines

Printing Room Rules

Please follow these guidelines to ensure smooth and fair access for everyone.

1
Valid ID Required
Students must present their valid college ID card before using any printing service.
2
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for verifying their documents before submission. No reprints for user errors.
3
No Refunds
No refunds for incorrectly submitted or formatted print jobs. Double-check files before submission.
4
Academic Use Only
Printing for personal or commercial use unrelated to academics is strictly not permitted.
5
Maintain Cleanliness
Keep the printing room clean and tidy. No food or beverages inside the printing room.
6
Respect Queue Order
Walk-in students must wait behind students who have booked slots in advance.
7
No Misuse of Equipment
Misuse or tampering with printing equipment will result in disciplinary action.
8
Timely Collection
Students must collect printed documents promptly. Uncollected documents after 24 hours will be disposed of.
9
Report Issues
Report any equipment issues immediately to the coordinator. Do not attempt to fix equipment yourself.
10
No credit
pay after finishing printing
