Rules & Guidelines

Things to Follow When Using the Hall

To maintain a respectful, clean, and well-organized environment, all users must follow these guidelines.

Personal Hygiene & Responsibility

Students and visitors must maintain proper hygiene and ensure the hall remains clean before, during, and after use.

Maintain Cleanliness

Littering on the hall premises is strictly prohibited. All users must dispose of waste properly in designated bins.

Proper Use of Facilities

All furniture, equipment, and other facilities must be used responsibly and only for their intended purposes.

Protection of Property

Any form of misuse, vandalism, or damage to hall property is strictly prohibited. Individuals may be held accountable for costs.

Follow Administrative Instructions

All users must comply with instructions provided by the college administration, coordinators, or authorized personnel.

Respect the Environment

Users are expected to maintain a respectful and disciplined environment that supports learning and academic activities.

Noise Control

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs ongoing programs or meetings is not permitted.

Timely Usage

The hall must be used only during allocated time slots. Users should vacate the hall promptly after their scheduled activity.

Food & Beverage Policy

Consumption of food and beverages should follow college guidelines. Any waste must be cleaned up immediately after use.

Safety Compliance

All users must follow safety regulations and avoid any activity that could pose a risk to people or property.

Proper Arrangement of Furniture

Furniture must not be moved without permission. If rearranged for an event, return it to original position after use.

Reporting Issues

Any damage, malfunctioning equipment, or cleanliness issues should be reported immediately to the hall coordinator.
